A cardio and strength workout challenge that is designed to transform your body, help you RESHAPE and build your body, as well as your mindset and ideas about fitness with the most unique and challenging workouts ever put together in a comprehensive guide! 5 workouts a week, varying in intensity to ultimately UP-LEVEL your fitness and challenge you mentally and physically.
DATEFIT 6-WEEK BODY BUILDING WORKOUT AND MINDSET CHALLENGE
You will train each body part at least twice per week over the six-week program, to maximize your progress and results. The entire six weeks is grouped into 3 tiers. You will complete each tier for two weeks, back to back, before moving onto the next tier! An important training technique that you will want to implement throughout this program is progressive overload.
