Lead by RoxFire Fitness trainers, attendees were taken through several stations of intense HIIT style movements to test their agility and endurance. The workout lasted one hour and followed with swimming and networking at the on-site North Beach Village Resort pool.

We partnered up with Slak Cleveland to perform a "SLAK Balance Flow" workshop that included a combination stretching, breathwork, balancing and meditation. We learned how to Slakline from the Cleveland Slak crew and then enjoyed a happy-hour at All Saints Public House in Battery Park.

A Zumba KICK-OFF for Datefit Social in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Led by Miami's favorite Zumba instructor Cat Medina set to music by DJ Gringo. The Zumba session was followed with a networking happy hour event at Salt 7.
