DateFit Child Safety Standards

Our Commitment to Child Safety
DateFit is committed to maintaining a safe platform for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or activity that endangers children.
Prohibited Content and Behavior
DateFit explicitly prohibits:
Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Content that sexualizes, grooms, or endangers minors
Any attempt to use DateFit to exploit or harm children
Sharing, distributing, or soliciting inappropriate content involving minors
A minor is defined as anyone under 18 years of age.
Age Verification
DateFit requires all users to be at least 18 years of age. During account creation, we verify that users meet this minimum age requirement. Any user found to be under 18 will have their account immediately terminated.
Reporting Child Safety Concerns
If you encounter any content or behavior on DateFit that violates our child safety standards, please report it immediately using one of the following methods:
In-App Reporting:
Click the three-dot menu on any content or user and select "Report"
Use our in-app support mechanism available in Settings
Direct Contact:
Email our child safety team at: childsafety@datefit.com
All reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate action is taken, including account termination and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement when required by law.
Our Response to Violations
DateFit takes immediate action against any violations of these standards:
Immediate removal of violating content
Permanent account termination
Preservation of evidence for law enforcement
Reporting to NCMEC and appropriate authorities as required by law

DateFit provides multiple mechanisms for user feedback and safety concerns:

Legal Compliance
DateFit takes its legal obligations regarding child safety seriously. We report violations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
